We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator (all genders) to complete our team. Our office is currently located in Kreuzberg and unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. However, we will be moving offices this summer but have not yet decided on a space.
We are happy to welcome someone with experience in IT project coordination, but all backgrounds are welcome.
For this particular position german and english language skills are required.

Who you are
As a project coordinator at asquera, you will be first point of contact - via email and phone - for existing and potential clients and recruitment partners. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating our projects and workshops, while keeping an eye on everyone's schedule.
Negotiating conditions and writing offers are part of your everyday, as well as checking time sheets before sending them out.
You will update our clients on their project's budgets, hours used and our developers schedules. For some clients you might also be involved in project management.
You will also get the chance to be involved in HR topics, such as our hiring processes and planning performance reviews.
With our team, you help plan company events such as our Christmas Dinner.
