We want to expand our team with two full-time Backend Developers (all genders) with interest in databases and backends to complete our inclusive team. Our office is located in Kreuzberg and unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

Who you are
You are either just venturing into the professional programming world, or you already have years of experience in various technologies.
If you bring experience in backend development with you, you ideally are experienced in at least two programming languages, such as
CouchDB. As a bonus, you’re confident with
Elasticsearch and/or are interested in
Rust as well. You also enjoy sharing your knowledge with the team and mentor our less experienced Devs.
In general we are looking for new team members who are motivated to continue learning (also from mistakes), who like to collaborate with others to find good solutions and who aren't shy when it comes to discussing different possibilities.
As a backend developer at asquera, you will work on building and changing smaller and long-term projects from either our office, or on site at the client's. Using appropriate tech choices, you work out solutions suitable for our client's needs. For some projects, you may also provide operations support.
